Grok Bot Describe the Bug When adding accounts to Grok Bot’s Finance connection through Plaid, Plaid asks for a security code “sent by” the bank after sign-in, but no text or email ever arrives. It happened with two different institutions (CIBC and Walmart Rewards Mastercard), so it looks like the connection flow, not the banks. Signing in to both banks directly works normally.
