User-level Tailscale and OpenSSH setup for ChatGPT Dots cloud computers
Run Tailscale with user-level OpenSSH in a Dots cloud computer. Installation files, node state, and SSH identity live in `/workspace`; runtime sockets, PIDs, and logs are recreated in `/tmp`.
