iOS Settings scroll can flip Auto-review — scroll on the label (staff)

标题与摘要为原文，未翻译。

做了什么: Staff (kevinn, 2026-09-17): On Grok Bot iOS Settings, a scroll that starts on a switch can flip it (reproduced; tracking). The protective control is Auto-review (not labeled “Agent guards”). Workaround until fixed: start the scroll on the row text, not on the switch itself.
