Staff (mohitjain, 2026-09-07): If one Bot’s Mac chat shows “Failed to send” / missing replies while iPhone has the full thread and other Mac bots work, the bot is fine—desktop 0.43.0 can’t load that conversation; Reset/reinstall won’t help; update Grok Bot desktop to 0.44.0 (Settings → Updates; fully quit Cmd+Q if it claims you’re current) and use iOS until then.
