Today that hardware layer can look live while Desktop ignores it. Two small, well-scoped hooks would make third-party integrations real instead of cosmetic, at low cost on your side. What to build • Honor voice=1 and voice=0 on the existing agent deep link. Integrations already open grokbot://app/v1/agent?id=&voice=1 to arm a one-bot voice latch, and voice=0 to disarm. A swap sends session-ended or close on the old id, then arms the new id.
