标题与摘要为原文，未翻译。

做了什么: Staff (deanrie, 2026-09-08): After the 1-week free Grok Bot trial ends, the app can keep showing “Can’t reach your computer” / *.cursorvm.com / Zscaler copy even though Retry/Recover/re-login won’t help—pick a plan that includes Grok Bot (or link SuperGrok at cursor.com with the same email), fully quit from the menu bar, reopen, and sign in again; bots/files stay saved.
