Yesterday Tars (my Dot) sent me a message:

There is a new email from your bank proposing a visit to the business you co-own. However, it is addressed to Lucas (the manager). I have not found any confirmation, so you should check with him.

It was able to see that I don’t check that mailbox, confirmed there was no meeting, and pointed me out on something I would completely miss.
I called Lucas and he was able to address the meeting.
