if you want to play around with some of these AI services which use persistent virtual machines and internet access to do things for you (like ChatGPT Dots, Meta Muse, etc.)

but are loathe to give it access to your primary e-mail (which frankly you should be imo)

my recommendation is to create a new e-mail account for your AI specifically and email it content you want it to work on

you can also share things like Google Drive folders with that account so it can selectively access folders and documents which you authorize

having good success using this simple workflow
