Reworked how I'm organizing the @bot team.
Each product in my portfolio grets:
- A Head bot: Manages product roadmap, orchestrates feature dev, weekly reporting to Chief, and takes inbound directions from me and Chief.
- A Growth bot: Pitches growth experiments, project manages them, builds/ships them, tracks and reports, documents learnings, reports to Chief.
